The GBH Group is an owner-managed insurance broker in Hamburg, Germany. In addition to the analysis and evaluation of insurance portfolios, their services include modern insurance concepts, special sector solutions for industry and small and medium-sized enterprises, and a broad portfolio in the area of retirement and health provision.
What we did
We've been tasked to redesign and rebuild their website, integrating a consistent design system and a fresh new visual look. Poor information hierarchy and content structure previously made it difficult for users to navigate and find what they need and ultimately build trust in GBH’s services. In addition, we needed to make sure the site performs well on all devices, allowing for a smooth responsive experience.
Our solution was not only a complete redesign and new content structure but also a custom CMS to allow the client to maintain and update their content.
